Ground & Polished Finishes

Pennsylvania Steel offers cold finished FLEXOR® steel in the ground and polished condition. Cold finished FLEXOR® steel provides cost-effective, superior performance for parts used in high stress and high wear applications. FLEXOR® can be ground and polished to a shafting microfinish standard with a typical tolerance of +.000/-.002.

Pennsylvania Steel offers ground and polished cold finished round bars. Grinding and polishing removes mill scale and prepares the bar for final machining and welding. We have bars up to 18' in length and 23" in diameter available. Ground and polished bars can be cut to your requirements and delivered to you production-ready.
