FLEXOR® is a proprietary steel, and as such, Pennsylvania Steel Corporation has set its own stringent quality standards. These standards generally far surpass those set by ASTM and other countries. Having such stringent quality requirements gives FLEXOR® a leg up on consistency and mechanical properties compared to other common low alloy grades.
